The Wayground Starter (Basic) plan is ideal for teachers who want to start using the interactive and engaging Wayground features in the classroom. With this free plan, you'll have all the essential features to create interactive and engaging activities for your students without needing advanced tools or extensive customization options.

Feature overview

While specific features may differ by region (view features available in your region here), here's an overview of what the Wayground Starter (Basic) plan offers:

1. Create and deliver activities:
   • Basic question types: Access basic question types like multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blanks, poll, etc.
   • Access to Wayground Instructional Suite*: Create interactive Wayground resources using formats like Assessments/Quizzes, Lessons, Flashcards, Interactive Videos, and Passages
   • Delivery: Students can participate in live teacher-paced sessions or complete asynchronous sessions at their convenience. Features like 'Review & Submit' and 'Focus mode' are not available with this plan
   • Wayground AI: Use Wayground AI to generate content from various sources*
   • Accommodations: Differentiate instruction by assigning your students basic Accommodations like 'Read Aloud,' 'Extra Time,' and 'Participant Attempts'. Premium Accommodations are available with Wayground School and District Plans
     
     
2. Storage & library access:
   • 20 activity limit: Store up to 20 resources on your account*
   • Access to Wayground Library: You can view and copy questions and resources from the Wayground Library. However, copying premium content, such as premium question types, is restricted
     
     
3. Student experience:
   • Gamified learning: Enjoy features like power-ups, leaderboards, student avatars (Qbits), and memes to make learning fun for students
   • Session modes: Use dynamic modes for different classroom needs (Classic, Team, Mastery Peak, etc.)
     
     
4. Reports and data:
   • Basic reports: Track student performance with simple reports at the class level
   • Sharing reports: Share reports with colleagues and parents/guardians
