Assign a Wayground Resource on Blackboard Learn Ultra via LTI as a Teacher

Integrating Wayground with Blackboard Learn Ultra allows you to easily bring interactive Wayground resources into your course. Follow this guide to learn how you can assign Wayground resources to your students directly within Blackboard Learn Ultra’s interface.

Follow these simple steps to assign a Wayground resource to a course in Blackboard Learn Ultra:

1. Go to your 'Courses' page on Blackboard Learn Ultra from the left navigation pane
2. Select the course you want to assign a Wayground resource to 
3. This will take you to the Content page of the course
4. Click on 'View course and institution tools' from the left side of your screen, under the 'Details & Actions' section 
   
   
   
   
5. Once the 'Books & Course Tools' side panel opens on the right side of your screen, click on 'Browse available partners'
6. Scroll down to find 'Wayground' under the 'Institution Tools' section
7. Click on 'Wayground'
8. Upon selecting Wayground, you may be prompted to sign in to your Wayground account
   
   
   
   
9. Select the Wayground resource you want to assign to your students from the 'My Library' section or explore millions of resources from across Wayground from the 'Search' section
10. You can preview the selected resources or directly assign or start it
    • Set session preferences like a deadline, number of participant attempts, start and end times, Accommodation Profiles, etc.
    • Click on ‘Assign’ to assign it as homework, or click on ‘Start now’ to start it live
      
      
      
      
11. The LTI activity link will now be added to your Blackboard Learn Ultra content page

You have successfully assigned a quiz resource to a Blackboard Learn Ultra course. Your students can now participate in interactive Wayground sessions directly from their Activity Stream page.

You can click on the resource link to view the reports and insights.

Note: This feature is currently only accessible using the Google Chrome browser. Support for other browsers is not available at the moment.
