Assign a Wayground Resource on Blackboard Learn via LTI as a Teacher

With our LTI integration, assigning Wayground resources to a Blackboard Learn course has never been easier for Teachers. This simple guide will help you add engaging Wayground resources to your course content. This feature is available for users with Wayground Schools & District Plans.

Follow these simple steps to assign a Wayground resource to a course in Blackboard Learn:

1. Go to your 'Courses' page on Blackboard Learn
2. Select the course you want to assign a Wayground resource to from the list of courses
3. From the home page of the selected course, click on 'Content' in the left navigation pane
4. Click on 'Build Content' and then select 'Wayground'
   
   
   
   
5. Upon selecting Wayground, you will be prompted to sign in to your Wayground account
6. Select the Wayground resource you want to assign to your students from the 'My Library' section or explore millions of resources from across Wayground from the 'Search' section
7. You can preview the selected resource or directly assign or start it 
   
   • Set session preferences like a deadline, number of participant attempts, start and end times, Accommodation Profiles, etc.
   • Select ‘Assign’ to assign it as homework, or click on ‘Live Quiz’ or 'Live Assessment' to start it live
     
     
     
     
8. The LTI activity link will now be added to your Blackboard Learn content page

And done! You have successfully assigned a Wayground resource to a Blackboard Learn course. Your students can now participate in interactive Wayground sesisons directly from their Blackboard Learn course page.

You can click on the resource link on your Blackboard Learn content page to view the reports and insights.

Note: This feature is currently only accessible using the Google Chrome browser. Support for other browsers is not available at the moment.
